In 2017, The Happy Neurons Company was the first practice in Canberra to provide technology-enhanced meditation sessions. Since then, we have accrued an importance experience in that area and continue to teach our clients a very effective - and yet easy - way to tackle anxiety and stress.

The technology we use is based on the principle of biofeedback. While meditating, a sophisticated device captures brain signals and provide real-time feedback to guide meditation and ensure optimal performance during the sessions. Watch the video below to see how it works.
